Rochelle is the CEO and founder of SLAY To Success, LLC. She empowers women with strategies, tools, and techniques who are working in leadership roles and who are transitioning from a 20+year career, step up and into their next role, goal, dream, or aspiration with authentic confidence without sacrificing their health, relationships, opportunties, or happiness. Rochelle is a 30-year United States Air Force Veteran with extensive military leadership experience and is the author of the book titled "SLAY To Success." She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Leadership and is independently contracted with the Small Business Consulting Company to facilitate leadership discussions for Air Force first-time and intermediate supervisors. Rochelle offers keynote speaking, consultation, workshop, and coaching services.
